Cortana Fact: Originally Bungie was going to design the cave to look more natural and that Cortana was the only one who could tell it wasn't. But apparently, they didn't want to make the geometry, so they just didn't and they never removed the line for some reason. My guess is that they forgot then playtesters found it and then they thought it was funny.
