191Mad Smartphone Tycoon puts us in charge of a business that designs and sells smartphones! We travel all the way back to 2009, when smartphones were shiny and new, and we try to jump on board with our own brand of phone!
We begin with just a pokey little office and three people working their hardest to make exciting smartphones. Our first phone is pretty basic, with all of the most standard features available, but we market it as a camera phone, because they're fancy right? The team work away generating various points that contribute to the phone's overall quality.
In the designer we get to choose all the hardware of our phone, including things like processor, battery life and camera quality, plus we get to design the appearance too! Wide, thin, tall, rounded edges, straight edges, colours, logo placement, we get to design the lot, which is completely brilliant.
Our team also have to research new things to add into our phones, such as better batteries, tougher screens and extras like SD card slots and headphone jacks.
However the real challenge is making a phone that sells. We do design quite a few different phones but does one take off and become the next big thing? Or do we tumble into bankruptcy?

There are many Easter eggs about IT culture in Mad Smartphone Tycoon waiting for you to explore. They will appear in the game in special ways, giving players full of surprises.
Carefully design could not win you sales without marketing. You can customize your slogan, hold product launch, place various advertisements, even attack competitors, etc., and use all available means to win this business war! Just be careful not to spend money too willfully and cause yourself to go bankrupt...

The game provides players with a comprehensive phone design page where they can customize every aspect of their device, from appearance like size, colour, material and camera, to hardware like processor, storage and battery. Dozens of options in total, all can be adjusted in detail, ensuring that you can create any phone you imagine!
The design process is also strategic. You must make corresponding adjustments based on the company's own strength and the market. Taking a blind leap on configuration may create high parameters but low sales, you will lose your money. However, formulating reasonable strategies and choosing some cost-effective combinations may prove to be a more market-friendly approach for your phones.
