In this video, I tryed Time Attack Mode in all 4 courses.
This is much more easy than Race Mode. Because time automatically extend at each lap!

And also I tryed some Secret Factors. This is unlocking by cheat code.

[Skip the "Waiting for Entry"]
Hold press the View Change Button at game start (coin insert).

[Unlock the SEGA Motor Speedway]
In Course Select screen, gear shifting into 4, 2, 1, 3, and then step on the brake.

[Unlock the Car No.8 (Dale Earnhardt Jr.)]
In Car Select screen, cursor set to Car No.3 (Dale Earnhardt) and gear shifting into 3, and then step on the brake.

[Unlock the Car No.45 (Adam Petty)]
In Car Select screen, cursor set to Car No.44 (Kyle Petty), hold stepping on the brake and gear shifting into N, 4, N, 4.

[Unlock the Car No.43 (Richard "King" Petty)]
In Car Select screen, cursor set to Car No.44 (Kyle Petty), and then gear shifting into 1.

[Music Select]
Press the View Change Button in Car Select screen.

[Play the Time Attack Mode]
Press the View Change Button in Transmission Select screen.

[Display the "Record" in Race Mode]
Press the Start Button after race start (display "Rolling Start").

この動画/レースモード編で使用しているのは以下の通りです。

ゲームスタート(コイン投入)時にビューチェンジボタンを押しっぱなしにする

[セガ・モーター・スピードウェイのアンロック]
コースセレクト画面でギアを4→2→1→3と入力し、ブレーキを踏む

[カーナンバー8(デイル・アーンハート Jr.)のアンロック]
カーセレクト画面でカーナンバー3(デイル・アーンハート)にカーソルを合わせ、ギアを3に入れブレーキを踏む

[カーナンバー45(アダム・ペティ)のアンロック]
カーセレクト画面でカーナンバー44(カイル・ペティ)にカーソルを合わせ、ブレーキを踏みながらギアをN→4→N→4と入力する

[カーナンバー43(リチャード・"キング"・ペティ)のアンロック]
カーセレクト画面でカーナンバー44(カイル・ペティ)にカーソルを合わせ、ギアを1に入れる

[BGMセレクト]
カーセレクト画面でビューチェンジボタンを押す

[タイムアタックモードでプレイ]
トランスミッションセレクト画面でビューチェンジボタンを押す
