NASCAR Thunder 2003 (PS2 Version) - Making My Custom Christmas (Santa Claus) Stock Car
'Tis the season to be racy, fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la!
Since it's the Christmas season, I decided to make a custom Christmas stock car in the PlayStation 2 version of my all-time favorite classic NASCAR Thunder series video game, "NASCAR Thunder 2003" (released exclusively in North America). If you know of a British YouTube user named PacGuy765 (a.k.a Prince Jamie The 7th), then you guessed it; I was inspired by him once again because of his latest gameplay video of his custom Christmas Formula 1 car in the UK PlayStation 4 version of "The Crew 2," as well as his custom LEGO Christmas toy car videos. By default, this game has paint jobs for real-life stock cars based on special occasions, such as American Independence Day, but why not Christmas? That's how this custom creation came to be.
This is a no-commentary behind the scenes video that shows you how to make it in the Create-A-Car area in this version and the GameCube version of this game. For this car, I used the old Ford Taurus stock car model. Unfortunately, due to customization limitations, I could only use the number 125 instead of 25 (the day of December when Jesus Christ was born and Christmas Day is celebrated on every year) for the side panels, the roof and the rear headlights. Also, due to a character limit in custom car filenames, I couldn't just name it "Christmas," so I named it "NP" (short for North Pole) instead. Enjoy!
Special thanks and credit to PacGuy765 (a.k.a. Prince Jamie The 7th) for the idea. Enjoy!
