I'm ashamed to admit I used an achievement guide for this one, but the instructions were very much unclear. The tool-tips and tutorials really should have been part of the main story, but instead it's just off to the side here. I would recommend doing this first so you're not as lost as me when you come to playing the "Story" or main game, because I treated the shooting like that of FIFA (where you have to let go in a sweet spot at close to the 80% mark of the shooting bar). Enjoy!
