Necronomicon: The Dawning of Darkness

Knock on the door of scholar William H. Stanton get ominous real fast. His friend, Edgar, seems distraught and in a hurry. He gives a pyramid shaped object to Stanton and advice not to give that to anyone, this includes Edgar himself. Before Stanton can get bottom of the things Edgar is gone as fast as he came.

And that was just the start of the weird happenings

Necronomicon is a point and click horror adventure based in H. P. Lovecraft’s works. Adventure takes place in 1927 New England. Gameplay consists of puzzle solving and talking to people. Game was originally released on PC 2000/2001 and PlayStation 2001.

Game is little rough around the edges and unfortunately doesn’t include subtitles or volume controls so it may be hard at times to make out what people are speaking to main character. Also part of the areas are quite dark even though I have added gamma.
