Need For Speed 2 (PS1) Playthrough - Knockout Redux With The Lotus Elise GT1
3Continuing on with my Knockout Redux playthrough this time around with the Lotus Elise GT1. The Elise GT1 has the best handling of the class 1 cars being able to corner like nothing while also having powerful brakes. Compared to the Ford Indigo it has abit more top speed but its not that good in the acceleration department especially from standstill as its low gears are very short leading to some wheelspin. Handling wise its almost the same as the Indigo but slighty worse however just like the XJ220 the Elise wont ever oversteer from lift off throttle making it have the same benefits and downsides of the same but in comparisn the way more powerful brakes and the better cornering ability wont make it as much of a downside. Pretty easy to win the knockout with the Elise as on later tracks the Mclaren F1 wont have a chance against your superior handling.
