Need for Speed, released in 2015, had significant potential at the time of its release, but didn't fully realize it. On the one hand, it offers excellent graphics that are still impressive today, but on the other, it offers rather mediocre content and limitations resulting from the requirement for a constant internet connection.

In this video, I show how the game performs today – years later, with hindsight. I highlight its strengths and weaknesses, compare it to newer installments, and test the UNITE 2.0 mod, which improves many aspects of the gameplay – from graphics and driving physics to the balance of certain elements.
