Finally. Debug Car Customize in Carbon.

This debug menu could not be loaded via simple string switching... infact nor could any menu. this menu was found and loaded after we sucessfully added the virus vinyl menu category to need for speed carbon. originally we thought the menu could be inside globalB but it turns out it was in frontb2. after searching for string hashes xanvier found the one that lined up with statistics and found a menu id near it. (08) setting the menu id to (09) made the menu option lead to debug car customize.
