Need for Speed High Stakes PS1 High Settings (Duckstation) vs PC
I think an emulator's ability to enhance old games shouldn't be understated. While standards of PC ports back then are much different than what they are now. It's not a surprise that you can get much more from a PC than the original PS1 could do on its own. The PC is running at 1600x1200, but the duckstation settings are not using the widescreen hack for fairness sake. So they are both stretched.
Looking at it side-by-side greatly surprised me on how close they were after getting the settings for duckstation.
