1The Golden Era Class 2 tournament in Need for Speed Porsche Unleashed on PS1. I swear, this game is really on the easy side compared to High Stakes so far. At least in the last game when I was in first, I knew a mistake could cost me everything. Here I'm slamming into walls on the rain stages and not losing much time.
Also for the first time in this game so far. We've got rain races, which interestingly are more slippery compared to the snow stages we've gotten so far. Kind of weird.
An interesting detail in this game is that you can choose to repair damages to your car throughout the tournament. I've normally fixed things to the max so far, but this time I was so far ahead I decided to lay back to allow the competition to keep up a little better. As you can see it didn't work in that many and I don't feel like my car is any slower by not fixing it. Shame because it's an interesting concept.
