Victor Vasquez - better known as "Vic" - is one of the antagonists of Need for Speed: Most Wanted.

Victor "Vic" Vasquez is the number thirteen on the Blacklist. Vic's car is a navy blue Toyota Supra modified with various stripes and fireball vinyls as well as with a body kit and matte gold OZ Racing Opera wheels.

Vic drives a different car in Need for Speed: Most Wanted 5-1-0. He has a Chevrolet Cobalt SS with a snake on a branch vinyl similar to what Kaze has on her car.

This dude's been holding it down in the #13 slot for a while now. He can't break out of his rut and no one can run him out. He's slack and dangerous but knows how to handle his ride. He'll smoke you if he gets a chance.

The player needs to win 4 races, beat 3 milestones and reach 100,000 bounty to challenge Vic. Players will receive 19,000 bounty upon completing a pursuit milestone and 5,500 bounty for each speed camera.

After defeating Vic in his last race, the player will win $6,000 and may select multiple reward cards.
