With the races out of the way, the next objective is to complete 3 of the 5 Pursuit Milestones and rack up 100 000 bounty. You're most likely going to complete all 5 milestones trying to get the bounty level anyway. I used the Golf GTI for this, which is a superb pursuit car once it gets going.
The milestones are the following:
Bounty - Hit 5 000 bounty
Trade Paint - Hit 4 Police Cars
Pursuit Evasion: Evade a pursuit in less than 4 minutes (done in Part 8)
Photo Ticket 1: Get clocked at 190 km/h or higher
Photo Ticket 2: Get clocked at 170 km/h or higher
