How To Get The Game To Run smoothly and better is by Editor:
Get Sony Vegas Pro 17 or other Vegas Pro Versions, and then
Hold down The ctrl Button, to speed up the Recorded video (which is a wii game you Played From Dolphin), and then test it out, if you think it sounds better, render it, now the audio may be messed up.

I disabled the Speed Up dualcore due to the issues with Direct3D 11. and I made it so the audio is matching up with the laggy game with the backend.
