Well, I underestimated my PC. Because I can run NFS 2015/2016 on highish graphics and 1920x1080 resolution at decent FPS (always 30 FPS or higher). Bit rate is good starting from 12:00 in certain races... I have no idea why it's worse in some other races lol. This video was made via live streaming to avoid hours of uploading or something. Purposefully made it to 720p HD as 1080p HD live streaming gives me video lag :|
