The last game in the Need for Speed series on PS1, not counting the V-Rally games that took the titles due to be published by EA in America, Porsche Unleashed. When it comes to handling the enhancements from duckstation, I'd say this one is the best. There's pretty much no graphical glitches, unlike with High Stakes.

Unfortunately, I don't like the way cars handle in this game. Something about it feels off and slippery to me. I prefer the predecessor's handling much better than this.

Still, I'm liking the franchise's PS1 efforts. Like I said before, I grew up with Gran Turismo, not this. But visiting it for the first time in 2021 has been a treat. Maybe I'll do more to showcase these games with better settings that aren't so wonky.
