As much as I like NFS Prostreet, playing the Xbox 360 version is a mixed bag at best mainly due to inconsistent frame-rate half the time despite running 60 frames-per-second which led to quite a lot of messing up at certain points during many races. Including the ones on the Nevada Highway where the game slows-down a lot at nearby cliffs where I totaled my car so much times and the amount of frustration led to numerous of restarts.

However the drift events in Ryo's second showdown are some of the worst events in the game thanks to lack of proper areas of even getting points without practice at least and the randomized scores of the opponent AI which Ryo will always get over 2,700 to 3,400 points no matter what despite his All Wheel Drive car not actually qualified for drifting events. So getting as much bonuses as well as gaining enough speed by reversing slightly at the start line is very important considering that I had up to 15 minutes of cut recorded clips of restart after restart and even a glitch where resetting your car near a wall will sometimes fuse your car between the railing (I NEARLY raged quit at that part to be honest.) I will eventually upload the "blooper reel" clips on my main channel although I have second thoughts on it since I've removed the raw footages a long time ago.

That being said when it works well, Prostreet is a pretty decent game and a good Need For Speed game. To be honest, I prefer the car handling and physics of this game over Need For Speed Shift and Shift 2 despite really like those in the latter two games since the sense of speed is great and is at the very least slightly more easily to handle in terms of dealing with oversteer and understeer.
