Recording eats 2-6 FPS...
Stutters and drops are also caused by recording.
With 720p and low preset, it's a bit slow, like if it would give 20+ FPS all the time, you can definitely play like that but here in some places, it falls to like 15-16 in most demanding areas and otherwise 17-22 most of the time and inside like 20+ all the time...
So, it's really difficult to decide, whether to play it or not, like this...
On the other hand, 800x450 gives 30+ FPS on average, so it's pretty smooth, it's a way to go, but in windowed mode, it doesn't look much good :C
Whereas graphics are really nice even at low, and exploration and adventure would be really fun in the special edition...
*So, now you can decide how to play this game with a similar GPU, either overclock to get like 20 FPS on average at 720p and struggle a bit or lower resolution to 800x450 by changing desktop resolution and then from settings or even tweak it from here:

Or just leave the specialty and play the original game full smooth xD
Overclocking also helps and increases 2-8 FPS
