Recording eats a lot of FPS :C
The game is easily playable at medium or low with 22-30 all the time...
Recording really made it look worst, and that's why I didn't show all the settings and used very low to record...
You should play with 720p medium textures and shadows, with ambient occlusion off, and you'll get near 25 FPS average easily, and doesn't look bad at all...
Unfortunately, you can't play it with higher resolutions, as increasing resolution, eats a lot of FPS in this game...
For just some comparison, I also showed 800x600(with scaled, due to game aspect) running with high at 40-50 FPS easily...
I have some really good memories with this game, I blew me away when I first played it years ago :D
Overclocking also helps and increases 2-10 FPS
