I managed to fix the grainy sound and did override the CPU clock speed and underclock the GameCube's CPU to run better on my VERY LOW END PC... Yes my gaming whatever is being borrowed at the time. So here we are. I am getting back to playing this again. I also do plan on playing this on Poco F1....
