I do realize that I was avoiding horribly during the Nemesis fight. It was so overwhelming I was just focusing on doing damage instead of figuring out the best way to avoid damage. I do much better in my 'no death' biome 1-3 run. It's interesting what a little exposure and confidence does for your attention.

While I was doing my chores before continuing, it occurred to me that I had found a previous consumable that doubles the effect of heals. So if I use my two small heals to fill my bar and take the consumable into the boss fight with me, that will be like having 3 large heals to use (maybe less, since with a 50% heal increase already, some healing will go to waste).

But then I figured out that the Fabricator is always a couple rooms inside the Bridge door, so I went there instead. Again, I fought as smart as I could. I reach the Fabricator and pick up a medium and full heal again. Now I should really be set. With 3 of each, +50% heals and an Astronaut on deck, I should be good.

On to the boss fight. It lasted a little over 8 minutes (should have been more like 6 minutes I think), probably because my gun was substandard for it. I'm glad I bought the heals because I needed all of them, including the Astronaut and +50% heals! I don't think I would have beat this fight otherwise! Although familiarity with the fight would help if I ever do this again.

With Nemesis down, I interface with the tower signal apparatus. What is the response?
