Rank: Let the hell begin! He can throw you no matter what your doing as long as he's close to you. This wouldn't be a problem if he didn't RUSH YOU AND GRAB WHATEVER ANIMATION YOU WERE DOING AT THE MOMENT! Then this throw restores his life, making the fight just go on! The worst part is that he can 100% you with this. Yes he can trust me! Not to mention this bastard is filled with glitches. Ever wanted to see a kung fu man flying in the while throwing you?
YOU GOT IT!
Then whenever he isn't near you he spams this laser beam attack that hits 8 times in a row that deals way to much damage! Then he even has the infamous OVERPOWERED supers. He has the basic triple palm and upper, but it seems like the upper is unblockable now. Then he has this machine gun super that he spams along side his laser. Then sometimes (if your lucky) he goes into this one hit kill mode, althought it constantly drains his health....which I think is the only counter balance to his cheapness. Before I forget he also uses this flame super where he throws it in the ground and basically breaks your ears with the constant frying audio that always seems to be played at OVER 9000!!!!........

Weakness: Alright I might of been a little harsh in the ranking, but he does have a few weak points.
First when he is running at you he can be knocked down, but you have to be quick. And you have to find more ways then one since he will catch on to your game. Then his laser attack can be jump over and if your able to hit him while doing it, then you got yourself a free couple of hits. Then any range attacks will also help you.
