Procedure:
1. Locate the directory where the file is at. The file will be called Neoragex0.8 or Neoragex0.x.
2. Setup the file directory where the roms(games) are located. For example: Game is located in C:\emulator\neogeo\roms, you need to type that in the directory path. You have to know the path of where you put your roms. If you do it correctly, you will see the game texts change from grey to white.
3. Select the white text, and click on launch to play the game.
Flow Chart
Go to "Start" - "computer" - click on a hard drive - right click once select "new" and "folder"-type in name for the file-copy your files to that folder.
Example: I made a directory on c:\ and the file directory name is neogeo_games.
This is how I would set it in the Neogeo program. c:\neogeo_games
Example 2: I made a directory in the neogeo\roms on d:\ drive.
I would set the directory on the Neogeo emulator as: d:\neogeo\roms .
When you set the directory correctly, your games will show by turning white; however, if the games aren't on the list they are not supported. You would need to get a more updated emulator to play the games which are not supported.
