Neon Chrome is by the developers of Crimsonland, and has you fighting in a dystopian future against an Overlord. So another Top Down Shooter roguelite hits the market, but this one does have a bit of potential. With a lot of smart mechanics implemented for repetitive play, you'll get value out of playing it over and over again. Even if it doesn't look like the best visually, it's about what the gameplay brings to the table here.
