Totally Vanilla Gaming presents Part Two of my Neon Flats Tour. In this episode, you get a full tour of the third floor. My film noir apartment has been sepia toned!

Totally Vanilla Gaming uses no mods in any of its builds; everything you see was accomplished via exploits in the game build menu, such as the notorious Rug, Pillar and Wire glitches.

That being said, I do use Creation Club add-ons; to me they are official mini-DLCs, not paid mods. But if you are a Fallout player who believes "vanilla" means no Creation Club content as well as no mods, I'm sure there is a struggling "base game" channel out there for you!

On my channel, vanilla includes all official add-ons, and CC content is official. You may not agree, but since you don't own the rights, you don't get to decide. Bethesda owns it, they decided. I'm quite sure that you would feel the same, were we discussing _your_ intellectual property!

I have all DLCs, plus a LOT of CC content, and sometimes it's hard to recall what items came from which add-on, but here's a list of all the Creation Club add-ons used in this build.

Neon Flats (required)
Arcade Cabinets
Holiday Special
VR Workshop
Home Decor
Nuka Cola Collector

and a fair bit of Nuka World Galactic Zone items!

I'm giving a big thumbs up to the authors of this mod, Tom Seddon and Kris Takahashi. This is a great add-on and addition to my Fallout 4 game. A player home in Goodneighbor, with working windows! Excellent job with that special effect, thank you, I really appreciate the work you put into this.

I'd also like to recognize the authors of my other CC content, who have provided my game with some very nice custom items. Elianora, Rob Vogel and Jose McCallum all have excellent content. I particularly like the Solar Cannon and the Nuka Cola Collector, but I couldn't play Fallout without Vogel's VR Workshop. Thanks for giving me four enormous sandboxes!

Enjoy the tour, and thanks for watching!
