In the previous mission, "Learning Computer", Kinzie Kensington stated that she needed a chair to be able to put the supercomputer The Girl andPierce stole from STAG to use against the Deckers. She explains to The Girl and Oleg at her warehouse that she needs a NEMO (Neurological Electromagnetic Onieroscope) Chair to connect to the Decker Usenet using the supercomputer. She reveals that the Deckers are in possession of one and are hiding it in the Burns Hill Reactors (Oleg claims that the KGB destroyed the only other one in existence), where the chair's output signal is being masked. The Girl goes with her to the nuclear power plant and together they find its exact location and disable its routers, allowing them to steal the chair.
With the supercomputer and NEMO chair both now in the Saints' possession, Kinzie is ready to broadcast The Girl's subconscious into the Decker Usenet and bring the fight to Matt Miller himself.
