NES CHALLENGE - A Boy and His Blob in 36:44 [158/714]
0Fantastic game by David Crane with assistance of Gary Kitchen. I'd place this in the the top 200 if not top 100 games on the NES. Simple to learn, there are enough lives once you know what you're doing. Amazing graphic detail and sound. Goofy in the right way with the blob. The jellybeans are easy to remember on the whole - I missed the end Lime = Key as in key lime pie. :)
Now the death that upset me - underwater. After reviewing the play, I can't tell which stalagmite was hit; however I would guess the tall one on the right. When I looked at where I started my decent, I was about half his head to far when I started to decend - you want to line up right with the black line and just push down, once you collect the treasure, push right and up and move back and forth. This is the hardest treasure to pick up in the game and probably the hardest screen.
