The frustration and difficulty is not necessarily in the set-up configuration of the Core. But, rather, it is due to the non-descript manner of truly understanding the distinction between the various formats that C64 runs:) I do an overview to help explain things:)

Optimal Loading Formats include CRT (Fast), T64 (Decent), and D64 (Fairly slow). Avoid TAP (Inordinately frustrating, time wise, to load) files, at all costs!
