Tons of stuff got ports from the arcade to the NES, and Marble Madness is no exception. It isn't perfect, but it does try its best. Two different control modes, so this seems like the kind of version that someone would go, "my aunt Matilda could max out the score on this." As for me, I'm bad at it. I'll survive, though.
