Ghost Recon Advanced Warfigther 2 was released in March 6, 2007 for Xbox360 & PS3 as a third person tactical shooter while on the PC it was made as a tactical FPS and the console version specifically the Xbox360 is considered the best version. There was also a PSP version but it takes place between GRAW & GRAW2.
This GR game delivers some of the best experience and the feelings of actually being special ops team moving through the war, with a variety of weapons and gear. And also working and/or commanding other allies like infantry, ground vehicles, air support, UAVs, UGVs and artillery. It also provides one of the best online multi-player experience that it was ahead of it's time like Co-op/PvP up to 16 players, while also providing 4 player split screen.
Even with all the pros & cons of Wildlands and Breakpoint they can't provide the military immersion old school Ghost Recon games had.
