Here is a new and improved steak sandwich. If I ever have a place I would put this on the menu and call it "The Big Cheese" steak sandwich. This is the first one, I am thinking to really be great I have to figure out how to get an entire NY steak on the sandwich... Let me know what you think in the comments. Would you order a Big Cheese steak sandwich and how much would you pay for it? I almost went back to work at a local place but they were not gonna change anything about how the kitchen ran, the manager thought she was the chef and never left her office, and they over charge for everything on the menu. No one is gonna pay 18$ for a grilled cheese with bacon and tomato and some frozen french fries. Sigh anyways let me know what you think!
