The Hankton family, led first by George "Cup" Hankton, then by his nephew Telly Hankton, sold drugs in New Orleans for 20 years. Recently, Telly and his cohorts, like hitman Walter "Moonie" Porter, were convicted of various crimes including several killings. The Hanktons were closely tied with Cash Money Records, especially CEO's Baby and Slim Williams - Cash Money rapper B.G. was also given a 14 year prison sentence after being caught in a truck full of guns along with several Hankton associates.
