Near the end of the Jungle (Day) level, you'll find (a) Quagsire(s) there. To snap this photo, simply wait for it to walk up to the water and jump in! While it's jumping in, go ahead and snap the photo. With getting this 4* picture you'll also complete the request "Making a Splash"!
