We go inside the process: virtual reality evaluations, a composite test bench with four motors simulating road, load, and weather, then human-led tuning at Weissach to make it drive naturally. Fast-charge preconditioning, thermal management at 50°C and at minus 35°C, and more than 150,000 km of endurance all play a part.
