Best shadow build consists of the following mercs & equipment:

Blademaster Samuro with Burning Blade
Blink Fox with Tenth Tail
Cairne Bloodhoof with Reincarnation
Diablo with Black Soulstone
Vol’jin with Ring of Haste
Natalie Seline with Splinter of Nordrassil

You open up with Voljin, Natalie and Samuro. Voljin's Ring of Haste will guarantee you almost everytime to hit first and focus the merc you want to kill. Samuro will activate his Double strike, cuz he hits last and you' re already in the leads!

Diablo and Cairne can always come later in the game for wombo combo shenanigans. Blink Fox is the tricky part, it can be really usefull if the enemy uses diablo's fire stomp and then you copy it for 0 speed and use it against them! You' ll get the hand of it, i'm sure about that! ;P
