What's New in Version 2.0.2

Major updates include new baked metal and wood walls for light reflections. Also animated leaf switch rubbers, and several other tweaks from recent tables I've done.

Detailed Changes:

' Updated the table1 exit and pause
' Updated metal wall images
' Baked the metal and black wall images.
' Removed the interior wall color options for plain wood and red wood.
' Changed the distance of bumper skirt animation to be total of 6 VPU... so bumper skirts are now z=-1.5 and than transz is -4.5... so total of -1.5 + -4.5 = -6)
' Changed the flipper prims to be a height of 1 instead of zero (should be off the playfield slightly.
' Increased the bdl of the bulb prims when on.
' Increased the bdl of the redhigh top lane rollover inserts from 80 to 120. They were too dim before
' Turned reflectivity off on the OuterPrimBlack_DT sidewalls.
' Added light level control to the baked metal and wood walls.
' Updated the VR room environment to be better controlled by light level.
' Added additional logic to VR floor when undercab is on or off, as it's controlled via DOF solenoid
' Added a little extra bdl on the cutout holes
' Corrected a missing acrylic physics (not a big deal, but found it).
' Updated leaf switch physics areas to not allow for sensor hit right next to post.
' Added animation to rubbers that had leaf switches
