NEW TALES GAME CONFIRMED! But Wait… There’s MORE!
97A new Tales game has officially been confirmed by Bandai Namco, and fans are losing it — myself included. As a longtime Tales fan who grew up with Eternia, Abyss, and Xillia, I’ve been waiting years for this moment. But while I’m beyond excited to finally see the Tales series return, I can’t help but feel a bit nervous too.
In this video, I talk about my honest thoughts on the new Tales announcement, why I’ve been worried about the series after such a long break, and how I feel about Tales of Xillia 2 being remastered separately instead of being bundled with the first game. I’ll also be sharing my speculation on what the mystery Tales remaster might be — could it be Tales of the Abyss? Maybe Berseria, Zestiria, or even a long-overdue classic like Tales of Destiny 2 or Rebirth?
Either way, this announcement feels like a big moment for fans of modern and classic JRPGs alike.
