It looks like we were right, BSG was waiting for the evasion tournament to end because within minutes of that happening they posted a new event step. Also Yes I did post a video earlier but the audio was low and I missed a couple things on the black division so I'll reupload that tomorrow. TLDR as of right now Killa and Tagilla are a 100% spawn rate on Lighthouse specifically at the village area in the east. All extracts on lighthouse are also closed OTHER than the path to shoreline, you can ONLY leave lighthouse through the path to shoreline right now. There were reports of raiders on interchange but it's because people misunderstood the translation.
