There are two new units: Lychguard (T3) which replaces Pariah and Skorpekh Destroyers (T4). Necron Lord (now Overlord) has one new research called Tachyon Arrow. It's a single target ability that deal very high damage (AP 4 or 5 and Strength 11 is very good against all Armour and Toughness!) and my favorite ability for the Overlord.
