1,587Arlecchino will get a crit damage bonus when you level her up to 90. This is enough to know how much crit damage bonus she might get, as all of the characters who have crit damage ascension bonus in Genshin Impact, get a 38.4% crit damage bonus when you ascend them to their maximum level. So I don't think arlecchino will be any different, and she too will get a 38.4% crit damage bonus.
So 50% base crit damage bonus plus 38.4% ascension bonus, equals to a total of 88.4% crit damage bonus. Now you know that you will have focus more on farming artifacts with crit rate sub-stats, which won't be easy. And that's why you will need a weapon with high crit rate sub stats. And guess what, arlecchino's signature weapon will have a crit rate sub stat, giving your character a total of 22.1% crit rate bonus, with a base attack of 674, which is similar to the primordial jade winged spear, the signature weapon of Xiao.
The Primordial Jade Winged-Spear is generally a good weapon for Main DPS polearm characters, as it increases the CRIT Rate stat and the passive allows for attack % to stack upon hitting an enemy for higher damage output. Arlecchino too scales on attack, so you might be able to use it on her, but I can't confirm it since we don't know about the passive effect of arlechhino's signature weapon yet.
If you watched my previous video, you would already know by now that they said arlechhino needs her signature weapon desperately. That's why I'm not sure whether the primordial jade winged-spear is a good option for her or not, and don't forget that it is available on the current weapon banner, so who knows? It might be a good option for her it you have it.
Moving on to the 4.6 banners. Everyone knows that arlechhino will get her banner in the upcoming 4.6 patch. Other than her, two more characters furina and alhaitham are expected to appear on the banners. The source of this information is little teyvat, who has a good track record, so It's very reliable, and I don't think it will change either. Other than these two, they said that the third rerun character is unknown at the moment, but if you ask me, it will be either lyney, or Wriothesley.
The reason for saying this is pretty simple, both of these characters are new, and haven't gotten their first rerun yet. Neuvilllette was released with wriothesley and he's getting a rerun in 4.5, so there's a high chance one of those two will get their first reruns as well.
About the chronicled wish, they said there's no information about it yet, and there's a possibility that there won't be any new chronicled wish banner in 4.6. But it's not confirmed, so you might as well wait for another week to know that for sure.
