Xbalanque was first introduced during Neuvillette's drip marketing, and he is going to be one of the most important characters from Natlan.
Similar to neuvillette, he is expected to be the pyro sovereign or pyro dragon, and He will obviously be a 5 star pyro character. Currently There is no information about his weapon, but he's rumored to be a polearm user. Xbalanque is the second character from Natlan to be teased in Genshin Impact's storyline, and the leaks from White have suggested that he might get his banner in version 5.1.
Recent leaks hint that Xbalanque will be an adult male character who has a Pyro vision. Team Mew, who is the source of this information, claims that Xbalanque has the boy model template in his concept art. He has short hair, and he is cheerful character. The medium male body type – as it is alternatively known – has been used by many characters, such as Cyno, Wanderer, and Venti.
According to the leaks via White, He is expected to be the strongest playable unit from the nation of Pyro Natlan. And the source mentioned him as the 5 star version of Bennett. The source also claims that he is supposedly liked by Genshin Impact officials and has a chance to be favored during the beta.
Furthermore, Xbalanque is rumored to have dark skin, which shouldn't come as a surprise since it has already been confirmed that some citizens in Natlan have darker skin, similar to those in Sumeru. For example, Vanessa is a Muratan and has tanned skin, and if you remember Iansan, from the Teyvat Chapter Storyline Travail trailer, he too had a darker skin tone.
At any rate, the leak also mentions that Xbalanque is liked by the Genshin Impact staff, including the story team and the higher-ups. Thus, it is speculated that the character will probably be very strong. Moreover, his power level seems to have been determined already. As such, the officials might give him even more buffs during the beta to make him even stronger and a meta unit. For those unaware, Xbalanque introduced Neuvillette in the latter's official drip marketing post, which mentioned:Someday when they return, their true ordeal will begin.
That post also referred to Xbalanque as the One Emtombed With the Primal Fire, which means that he might play a huge role in the Natlan Archon Quest.
Moving on to signora. According to Little Teyvat, Signora has quite a few more episodes in the future, and we might get to see some flashbacks of Signora or other Fatui members during the Version 4.6 Special Program. Well, it's still not confirmed whether she will be playable or not, but some cutscenes or flashbacks will surely make Signora fans happy.
