We have got all the details on version 4.6, and Hoyoverse is hosting a special program about it tomorrow on YouTube & Twitch, where they will showcase all the content we will get in the next patch. Version 4.6 is set to launch on April 24th, but before that, on April 22nd, Hoyoverse will announce the new characters for version 4.7. And guess what? We have got some juicy insights into who those characters might be.
A few weeks ago, we received some information that Emilie won't be included in version 4.8. Instead, she's being replaced by Sethos, an upcoming character from Sumeru, who'll debut in Cyno's second story quest in version 4.6. So, everyone thought that Sethos will be released in version 4.8 as the new character, but that's not the case anymore.
For a long time, Clorinde and Sigewinne were expected to be released as playable characters in version 4.7. And a few days ago, ProjectENKA, who happens to be a reliable source in the community, also said that Clorinde and Sigewinne will be the two new characters releasing in version 4.7.
But then we received some conflicting information from Uncle K. They said that Clorinde and Sethos will debut in version 4.7, which meant that Sigewinne was pushed to version 4.8. However, just yesterday, another source named FullStopChan provided a different intel, claiming that Clorinde, Sigewinne, and Sethos will all be released in version 4.7. Now this is very surprising. Because when was the last time we got two new five star characters and a new 4 star character in a single patch? It was back in version 3.1 when Cyno and Nilou were released alongside Candace.
Sigewinne's rarity is still not confirmed, but she was always leaked as a five star character. Clorinde too was always expected to be a 5-star character, and she is confirmed to be an electro sword user.
As I mentioned in my previous videos, If Sethos turns out to be a 4-star character, then Sigewinne's chances of being a 5-star character will be increased significantly, and according to hxg, Sethos is a 4 star character. So if Clorinde and Sigewinne both are coming in 4.7, then both of them will be of five star rarity.
Based on Genshin Impact's patch schedule, Version 4.7 is expected to be released on June 5th. As for their banners, Clorinde might appear in Phase 1, whereas Sigewinnie and Sethos are expected to appear in Phase 2, which will start on june 26th.
