After the party defeats Khulan's Nightmare and restores the Love in her heart with Kublai's help, Queen Khulan restores the hearts of the people she once "blessed" in Perdida. Khulan bids Kublai to use his airship to help out people around the world. Also, the queen finally, finally agrees to help restore the magic stones to Mornstar.

After the scene in Anciana's house, the party heads up to where they previously fought Khulan's Nightmare (time index 5:58). Ollie and Khulan perform the ceremony to make Mornstar whole again. As Khulan says, Oliver must use the Rejuvenate spell to bring the stones in sync with Mornstar. The mighty wand is now restored to its full power!

With the wand's restoration, Oliver gets the Healing Hand, Fortune's Fool, and Unleash spells. Healing Hand fully restores an ally's HP. Unleash is a spell that summons the Guardians that Oliver has defeated previously in the game. Many of the Guardians are powerful allies.

However, there is still a major roadblock to facing Shadar: the dark miasma of the Miasma Marshes. The only way to clear that miasma is to make a call on the Clarion. We heard about the Clarion a very long time ago when Oliver restored Esther's heart. Esther's rhyme tells the party what they need to do to make the Clarion. The first step is to get the Holy Wood from the Cowlipha in Al Mamoon.

Once the scene is over, the player receives the Wonder Wand trophy for restoring Mornstar (time index 12:43). A few new Errands and Bounties are now available.

Also, with the Mornstar restored, Oliver can now open those pseky purple chests! The first purple chest is in Anciana's house in the west of town (time index 13:16). It contains a Nostrum.

North of the door to Anciana's house, a Perdida boy will give the party several alchemy formulae (time index 13:44).

Near the entrance of town, the Xanaduvian Guard will have some new things to say (time index 16:51). He will give Oliver formula 126 for the Herald's Harp, a new weapon for Esther. This formula calls for a Cherub's Wing from Khulan's Nightmare, a Power Stone from the forage point near town, and 2 Gustplumes, which drop or can be stolen from the Prohawks near Perdida.
