Our final MUGEN video today is a simul battle between Reiji Oyama and Keith Wayne from Power Instinct and Billy and Jimmy Lewis from Rage of the Dragons!

The connection here is that both Power Instinct Matrimelee and Rage of the Dragons were both developed by Noise Factory. The sprites are similar, and some of the characters from the latter even appeared in the former! But let's see which team will take the win!

The stage was from Street Fighter as I didn't have a stage from either game at the time.

Anyways, we'll take a break from the MICA screenpack for a while so we can let some other characters be used.
