NICK54222 MUGEN: Sakuya Izayoi (me) VS Sub-Zero MK2 (Juano16)
13Been fighting a lot of those janky characters lately, so let's face one that feels much better while still posing a significant challenge! And that'll be Juano16's Sub-Zero MK2!
I could probably take on the others at some point, but looking back, I think I regret it when I said those versions couldn't be used in tournaments. Maybe I was trying to balance things out, but not in the best way. But now they're my defaults (at least for the ninjas) in the roster. However, I wasn't joking about their challenging AI.
Well, challenging if you don't have a character that can use projectiles with ease. And that's where Sakuya comes in. Her zoning tactics came in handy, especially with that ice floor move. It can leave you open if you're not careful.
But there's also a few things these ninjas have on top of their MK2 gameplay. They've got a combo system, a roll, and a few supers in the mix. Some of Krookodile Belmont's characters seem to have similar if not the exact same supers as these ones.
And speaking of my roster, I do want to consider the potential to using Nukenashi's Sakuya in my tournaments. But I need to do research on whether it's worth using her or not.
