Nikash Gill's Face Cam Project: Episode 10 - Cooking (Pizza)
13Hello everyone. I'm Nikash Gill speaking. In this episode, Jiya and I made Pizzas.
Ingredients used: 6 Toasted Muffin Buns, Pizza Sauce, Grated Cheese, 1/2 green pepper & 1/2 red pepper, 8 mushrooms, 1 onion, and black pepper (grinded).
This was being recorded on my camera (not my laptop), in which my other cousin Vinnie was in charge of. There were some background noise as there were fajitas being cooked at the same time. Tried to fix the audio levels (reducing background noise too). Also I was focused a lot which is why I didn't have enough smiley moments. I did at times as you’ll see.
There were a few funny moments during the making of this video (even at the very end). I'll be doing more cooking practice over the summer to improve on my skills and experience.
After completing our first pizza base, the video was shortened a fair bit.
We would have made the fajitas as well, but my Aunty and another cousin of mine were doing that.
