Nikolas says he's missing a signature to request Moraes' impeachment

🏛 ️ Congressional Power | Federal Deputy Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) stated this Wednesday (August 6, 2025) that one signature is missing to be able to file the impeachment request against Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes in the Senate. The statement was made in a video posted on social media by the House Opposition Leader, Zucco (PL-RS).
"Let's go for it, he'll fall," said Ferreira.
The impeachment of Supreme Court justices depends on the Senate, where the decision to proceed with the proceedings rests with the Speaker of the House, Davi Alcolumbre (União-AP).
