Fixing my Nintendo Switch controller took some surprise for me after looking how much cost cutting was done by NIntendo on the controller despite a very good design ingenuity.

Note:
There are chances you totally destroy the device but rather than having the device eating dust and going to landfill, a simple project might start your journey in DIY hobby.
If you don't think this is for you, sell your broken 3rd party controller. Listing it on 2nd hand website is so much easier now. Just tell what is wrong, and give a reasonable cheap price and you have more fund for new devices.
