So, after that 2P versus session footage slipped into the mix, did you really think that there would be any chance of the four-player variant escaping from the ravenous cookie-craving clutches of my crazed compatriot?

...sorry, I seem to have played just a bit too much Dragon Quest lately, so it seems the alliterative elements have seeped into my own writing. At least the silly puns haven't showed up...then I think I'd really be in trouble.

At any rate, we couldn't have one without the other, and this is the immediate follow-up to the previous Yoshi's Cookie video.

I managed to mistake the color coding, because essentially Mario and Bowser have "switched places"...as have Peach and Yoshi. The layout for the colors of the players' fields seems to indicate an assumption that P1 will be Mario, P2 will be Yoshi, P3 will be Peach, and P4 will be Bowser, which is all well and good, except if any other character layout is chosen, the colors won't really make a lot of sense and therefore might as well have been primary colors less indicative of being aligned with the predominant color of the player who would "default" to that corner of the screen.

So, I see that I'm targeting the dark green player...I assume logically that means Yoshi...but instead I realize that as the cookies clear, I'm really going to attack Peach, who is the actual P2 in this scenario. Clearly such "accidents" are not looked upon favorably by my esteemed associate.

How wild would this game be to play in a full-on four player setting?

At any rate, you may be wondering why I threw all these videos up on the Tubes all at once, because it's clearly contrary to my usual style of portioning things out over time...well, if I've even got anything to give up, since it seems the only other thing that can be counted on more than that is the idea that I'll be unable to upload for lack of time to make the time to have the gameplay in the first place.

Anyway, these videos mark my last before I depart for a much-needed vacation...who on earth puts a fall break in early November? Oh well, I'm getting one, I needed one, I'm glad to be having one. All that good stuff. I'll be gone for about a week's time from Wednesday to Wednesday if I have my way. I'm sure this will be a HUGE change of pace from all the not uploading I've been doing in the months leading up to now, huh?

Since I'm sure not everybody bothers to watch all the videos that contain gameplay that they might not actually be personally interested in, I'll be sure to make an announcement apologizing for cluttering up people's Subscription modules so suddenly.
