Please note: At 3:58 we failed to correctly explain which IP address to use. The one you will type into the Wii U has to have approximately 20 digits added to the last section of the IP address you obtained from your Windows or Mac computer. In our case, the IP address we received from our Mac/ Windows machine was 192.168.0.2 SO the ip address we type into our Wii U will have 20 added to the end, making it the ip of 192.168.0.22

So, for example, if your IP address from your Mac/ Windows machine was 192.168.2.5 then the IP address you would type into the Wii U at this point would be 192.168.2.27
